First of all, if LaMB should be produced as a live action movie I will definitely watch it. I guess I’m interested in seeing how they are able to do the stunts and special effects. I hope it has a dark edge to it to make it more serious and futuristic.

Professional Background: Scientist-Horticulture
So the actor’s height should be at least 6 feet. He should also possess that presence as a scientist, not to mention a similar physique like the animated Jack Griswold.
And so the candidates are:
1. Keanu Reeves -I’m picking him, because of his ability to pull off a serious scene yet the movie-goer would still try to understand what he is saying. Take Matrix for example, how in the world would anyone try to understand his conversation about machinery and the architect. It just didn’t make any sense, but since it was Keanu Reeves, the movie-goers paid attention. Yes, a nodding of the head will signify “I believe you.”
He is also my choice because he draws one mean of an action sequence. I think Jack can be viewed as that: silent yet deadly if needed.
2. Johnny Depp- He is a very diverse actor. If LaMB will make Jack as more of a lab rat instead of an action star, I think Johnny Depp will be perfect for the role. He can make any character interesting, unless he makes Jack too eccentric.
One thing I like about Johnny Depp is his can fully express an emotion without over exaggerating. I guess it’s in his facial features, especially his eyes—they are expressive.
3. Hugh Jackman- Physically, Hugh is the most similar to Jack. In addition, he has a great physique. I bet if he wore a lab suit, he will be able to hide his muscles. Those strong biceps can be handy when saving Eve somewhere in the later part of the movie. Yes, I am guessing; it’s a habit.
And my vote for the role of Jack goes to….*drum roll*
Keanu Reeves.
He can play both action and love movies. So I’m giving him the thumbs up for that! :-)

As for Jack’s leading lady has only one candidate for this blog. I’m voting for Jennifer Garner.
I think if Jennifer got a short hair-cut, she is a dead-ringer for Eve. She’s almost the same height as Eve. Moreover, I think Jen’s eyes are expressive. As Eve cannot talk unless ordered to, her eyes are the windows to her thoughts and feelings. After all, a LaMB’s eyes turn red when in anger.
As for background check, she used to be enrolled as chemistry major before becoming an actress. That’s a good plus as she can relate to the scientific know-how in LaMB’s screen play.
Like Keanu, Jennifer is able to portray both romantic and action roles. After all, she learned kickboxing for her role in Alias. And she definitely amazed us as Elektra. I never thought the sais could be handled that way. She made Raphael of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles green with envy—pun intended.
