A- You are a LaMB.


You desire perfection. Although being beautiful is one of the least contributing factors; lacking the confidence to take step to lead is one of the highest contributing factors.


Be careful who you follow. Do not follow blindly and always ask what are the consequences of your actions.



B- You are a Good Shepherd.


You are a very charismatic leader. You only not lead by example, but have the ability to influence others into achieving a goal. You strongly believe in the golden rule: do not do unto others what you don't want to be done unto you.


Because of judging morality in your decisions, you seldom take time into account. Learn how to balance instinctiveness and rationality in order to save time.



C- You are a Bad Shepherd.
You believe that power is the most important thing in becoming a leader. You are able to lead because of negative reinforcements or fear of the consequences by your followers.

You are a strong leader, but be sure to take account your followers' voices. This may lead to mutiny and low morale of your followers if not addressed.
